All items are vintage (unless stated otherwise!) Therefore, they are preloved and may have minor signs of wear. All significant flaws will be disclosed.
I would like to cancel my order. Is this possible?
Please email us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. If your order has not been processed yet, we will be able to cancel your order.

I changed my mind and no longer want my item. (e.g. - it doesn’t fit properly)
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, we can only offer store credit in exchange. Please email us within 14 days of receiving the item to start the return process.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return and you must cover the postage costs yourself. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will issue you store credit for the cost of the item(s) only.
Unauthorised returns will be rejected.

I received a faulty/incorrect item and I would like a refund.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty or incorrect item. Please email us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a full refund.
Once we have accepted the return we will provide you with postage instructions — we recommend using a tracked service and you must cover postage costs yourself. Once we receive the package, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item(s) only to your original payment method.
Unauthorised returns will be rejected.
